Who We Are:
Skyyber Entertainment connects DJs with talent opportunities and gives them the career tools to work like professionals. As an Opportunity Partner, you work with us to book independent DJs from our roster; we charge a separate booking fee for that service, as described in the terms.
Who We Are Not:
We are not the DJ's employer, agent, or manager, and we don't take responsibility for the DJs we connect you with. We are not a party to the performance agreement between you and the DJ, and we do not guarantee outcomes for events we don't produce ourselves. We are, however, a party to the booking-fee agreement described in the terms.
Opportunity Partner Terms
How Matching Works. Submitting an event request does not constitute a booking. We review your request and send you a proposed DJ match and rate by email. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Booking Fee. Once you confirm a match, you owe Skyyber Entertainment a booking fee of 15% of the DJ's stated rate, or $25, whichever is greater, due at confirmation. We accept Cash App, Square, or PayPal (PayPal deducts a small processing fee); we'll send payment details once you confirm.
Replacement DJs. If your confirmed DJ becomes unavailable before the event, we'll attempt to provide a replacement from our roster at no additional booking fee.
Payment and Contact Info. The DJ's performance rate is paid directly by you to the DJ; we don't collect, hold, or have a role in that payment. Once we've received your booking fee, we'll release the DJ's contact info so you can coordinate directly. Our role as facilitator ends at that point.
Cancellations and Refunds. The booking fee is non-refundable once a match is confirmed and paid. The one exception: if your confirmed DJ becomes unavailable and we can't provide a replacement, we'll refund the fee for that booking. Full details in our Opportunity Partner Terms.
Non-Circumvention. By submitting an event request, you agree not to directly re-book, for 6 months, any DJ we've introduced to you for the same or a substantially similar event, without going through us and paying the applicable booking fee.
