What does each plan include?
BOB DJ Link ($4.99/month) is your own booking link, and client requests are emailed to you. BOB DJ Gigs ($9.99/month) adds a requests inbox, gigs, the Rate Guide, an event-day view and payment tracking. BOB DJ Match, your free profile and opportunity matching, comes with every account.
Do the plans include each other?
Yes. Gigs includes everything in Link. When you move between plans your saved requests and gigs are kept.
I subscribed at the launch price. What do I pay?
Your launch price stays as promised: $6.99/month for 12 months, then $9.99/month after that. The launch price is closed to new subscribers. BOB DJ Gigs is now $9.99/month.
What is the partner price?
Members of a partner DJ group can use their group's code at checkout. $4.99/month for 12 months, then $9.99/month after that. The partner price is for BOB DJ Gigs only. Link is never discounted.
How do partner codes work, and when do they expire?
Enter your group's code on the Gigs checkout page. Codes are not case sensitive. Each code works for a set window in Eastern Time, and the checkout page tells you if a code has expired. The standard partner window runs from October 2 through October 31 at 11:59 PM ET.
How do I change plans?
Open Account, then Change plan. Upgrades and downgrades take effect right away and your data is kept. Note that leaving BOB DJ Gigs ends a launch or partner price.
How do I update my card or see billing history?
Open Account and choose Update card and billing history. It opens a secure page from our payment provider where you can change your card and see every payment.
How do I cancel?
Open Account and choose Cancel plan. You can leave a short reason, which is optional. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my launch or partner price if I cancel?
It ends for good. If you rejoin later, you pay the current standard price for your plan.
Does BOB DJ collect payments from my clients?
No. In BOB DJ Gigs you record the payments you receive by hand, and BOB DJ works out the balance.
Do I need to download anything?
No. BOB DJ is a web-based app, so there's nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play. Open your link and add it to your home screen, and it opens like any other app. The steps are inside the app.
Does BOB DJ work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It works on both because it runs from your browser. Once you add it to your home screen, it looks and opens like an app.
Why isn't BOB DJ in the App Store or Google Play?
It doesn't need to be. Because it's web-based, you skip the store, and there's no separate install or update to manage. You use the same link and get the latest version every time.
What if I can't find the add to home screen steps?
They're built into the app. Open BOB DJ and go to the Preferences tab. Under "Add BOB DJ to your home screen," tap iPhone or iPad, or Android, to see the steps for your phone. If you get stuck, email skyyberent@gmail.com
